NAB 2012

While working on a project with alternate weekends it turned out that one of those weekends was the opening of NAB 2012. A plane ticket was bought and Dave spent a grand total of a day and half there. Lot's of incremental improvements on tech and some new stuff. Like the RED laser projector which displayed great pictures and offers up a technology that provides a lot benefits, particularly to theatre owners, who get a bright picture, simultaneous projections of left and right eye and passive glasses - made by Oakley.

Digital Imaging Services on Fairly Legal Season 2

In early March we finished up working on season 2 of the Hit TV series Fairly Legal. 13 episodes were shot with the RED Epic camera and a few Canon 5D's for good measure. Watch the show, it's fun!

New series and commercial update

We recently finished work on a five-part series for Hasbro and their new HUB network. It was shot over 25 days using the Arri Alexa camera. We also worked on a Nissan commercial for the Asian market in the United states. Also shot with the Arri Alexa.

Update

This year we've provided digital imaging services to the pilot Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome and 2nd unit support to Eureka.

The halls of NAB

We headed down to NAB 2011 this year and we glad we did. Lots of exciting new products and upgrades from cameras like the Sony F65, the RED Epic, Ikonoscope to product announcements like the new Final Cut pro. We will be posting our thoughts on the event and what we saw over the upcoming weeks. Hope you enjoy it.
